Abstract Submission Deadline: June 15, 2010

Abstracts dealing with one of the Conference topics can be submitted for poster presentation.

The abstracts will be evaluated by members of the Scientific Committee. The review process will be based on the following criteria:
i)   relevance to the Conference Program,
ii)   likely level of interest to policy-makers / decision-makers,
iii)   quality of the abstract.

The deadline for the submission of abstracts is June 15, 2010.

Authors will be notified of the acceptance of their abstracts by email by June 30, 2010.
If your abstract is accepted for Poster Presentation, you will be asked to submit a full paper (max 4 to 6 pages) in the Conference Proceedings by August 15, 2010.
Posters will be on display throughout the Conference.
The maximum poster dimensions are: width 90 cm and height 120-150 cm (= portrait position).

Instructions for Authors

Abstracts must be typed in English not exceeding 350 words and must be submitted as a Word file (xxx.doc). This Word file should include title, authors and affiliations

Type title in capital letters

Type family name first followed by the initials of the first name of the authors (Rubens P.P. , Van Eyck J. ( etc...)

Type affiliation underneath the authors: Hospital/Institution, Dept., City, Country. Do not add street address or zip code.

Use font Times New Roman 12 characters per inch (font size 12)

Use single spacing
