The registration fee does not include the Conference Dinner, for which separate registration & payment is mandatory.

Confirmation

Immediately after submitting your online registration form, an automatic confirmation is sent by email. If you do not receive this automatic confirmation, your registration has not been made successfully. Medicongress will send a formal confirmation by email after receipt of payment.

All payments are to be made in Euro, net of all bank charges and commissions for the receiver.

Cancellations

Participants canceling their registration before September 1, 2010 will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date. Registered participants or accompanying persons not showing up at the Conference will NOT be reimbursed. 
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing to the Organizing Secretariat. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
