Hotel Accommodation
A number of hotel rooms have been booked at special group rates, including breakfast, VAT and city taxes. Housing requests are filled in order of receipt. If the hotel of your choice is filled, you will be assigned to another hotel. Hotel availability cannot be guaranteed after September 10, 2010. Any requests for hotel accommodation must be accompanied by a credit card number, in order to secure the room.
This credit card will not be charged by the organizers but only serves as a reservation guarantee. Delegates will have to pay their hotel room and personal expenses at the hotel. A hotel confirmation will be sent by email after receipt of the registration form and housing request and payment of the registration fee. Please note that hotel reservations at the mentioned rates below can only be made through Medicongress.

Cancellation of hotel accommodation
Cancellations of reservations must be made in writing and are accepted without any charge until September 10th, 2010. For cancellations received after that date, one night will be charged. In case of no-show the full reservation will be charged.
